Terms of service

What you agree to by playing here and buying from us.

1 Who you are dealing with

Plain facts about the service and the agreement.

  • 1.1 Zap City RP is a private Grand Theft Auto V roleplay server, run independently.
  • 1.2 We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
  • 1.3 You need your own legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and a FiveM client to play.
  • 1.4 Using this site or the server means you accept these terms and the server rules.

2 What you are actually buying

This matters, so it is spelled out rather than buried.

  • 2.1 You are buying a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use in-game content and conveniences.
  • 2.2 Zap Coins are not currency, not an investment, and hold no cash value outside the server.
  • 2.3 Nothing you buy grants ownership of any part of the server, the game, or your character data.
  • 2.4 Subscriptions bill for one month at a time. Recurring billing is optional and off unless you choose it.
  • 2.5 All sales are final: there are no refunds once a purchase is complete.
  • 2.6 We can change, replace or retire an item or perk. If we remove something you paid for mid-month, you get a fair credit.

3 Conduct and enforcement

How access can be lost, and what happens to purchases when it is.

  • 3.1 Breaking the server rules can cost you access, temporarily or permanently.
  • 3.2 Being banned from the server, or the server shutting down or closing, does not entitle you to a refund.
  • 3.3 Chargebacks instead of tickets result in a permanent block. Talk to us first, we are reasonable.
  • 3.4 We keep logs of purchases, deliveries and staff actions, and will show you yours on request.

4 Availability and liability

The realistic version, not the fantasy one.

  • 4.1 The server is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but cannot promise it.
  • 4.2 Downtime, wipes and data loss can happen. We keep backups and will restore where we can.
  • 4.3 Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous 30 days.
  • 4.4 Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
