Refund policy

All sales are final. If something you paid for never arrived, a real person puts it right.

1 All sales are final

Read this before you buy.

1.1 All sales are final: there are no refunds once a purchase is complete.
1.2 Being banned from the server, or the server shutting down or closing, does not entitle you to a refund.
1.3 This covers coin packs, ranks and every month of a subscription, whether or not you have used what you bought.
1.4 Cancelling a subscription stops the next charge. The month you have already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded.

No refunds is not the same as no help.

2.1 Paid but your coins or rank never arrived? Open a ticket and we deliver what you bought.
2.2 Charged twice for the same order by a fault on our side? We put it right.
2.3 Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

One ticket, one working day, usually sorted the same evening.

3.1 Open a ticket under "Purchase or payment" and include the order number from your account page.
3.2 We reply within one working day, and aim for the same evening.
3.3 Please do not raise a chargeback. It costs us a fee and gets your account blocked, and a ticket is faster.

If a point here does not cover your situation, ask before you act. A question in Discord takes a minute; an appeal takes a lot longer.
