1 Who is responsible for your data

Who we are, and how to reach a person about any of this.

1.1 Zap City RP is a privately run Grand Theft Auto V roleplay community. The server owner is the data controller for everything described on this page.
1.2 The fastest way to reach us about your data is a support ticket on this site - it reaches the owner directly and leaves a record you can see.
1.3 You can also reach us in our Discord. For anything formal, use a ticket so there is a written trail.
1.4 We are not a registered company. If that changes, the registered name and address will be published here.
1.5 We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Discord.

The short list. We do not want data we do not need.

2.1 From Discord: your user ID, username, avatar and — only if you allow it — your email.
2.2 From the game: your FiveM licence identifier, citizen ID and character name, to link purchases to the right person.
2.3 From purchases: what you bought, when, the amount and the country the card was issued in. Card details never reach us — Stripe handles those.
2.4 From your visit: a salted one-way hash of your IP and browser, for rate limiting and fraud checks. We do not store the raw values.

Every item above maps to something you asked us to do.

3.1 To deliver what you paid for, and to prove we delivered it if you ask.
3.2 To keep the queue, ranks and coin balances correct in game.
3.3 To answer your tickets with the context already in front of us.
3.4 To keep books that satisfy tax and accounting obligations.
3.5 To catch fraud and stop abuse. This is the only reason we hash and keep IPs.

Three processors, no advertisers, no data brokers.

4.1 Stripe — payment processing. They see your payment details, we do not.
4.2 Discord — login and role assignment, under their own privacy policy.
4.3 Our hosting provider — stores the database the site runs on.
4.4 That is the complete list. Nothing else is contacted while you use this site: no analytics, no advertising, no CDN, no embedded fonts.
4.5 We do not sell your data, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Ask and it happens, usually within a few days.

5.1 Ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, as a spreadsheet.
5.2 Ask us to correct anything wrong.
5.3 Ask for deletion. We keep the financial records we are legally required to keep, and remove the rest.
5.4 Withdraw the Discord connection at any time from your account page.
5.5 Financial records are kept for seven years. Support tickets for two. Hashed request logs for 90 days.
